The Popular University of Logroño (UPL) offers a very varied program of courses and workshops for all ages that are characterized by the promotion of a healthy life, crafts, sports, plastic arts, languages and many other useful skills for daily life and personal fulfillment.
It has classrooms spread over different buildings in the Old Town and an Exhibition Hall on the ground floor of its main headquarters.
