Estudio 22 dedicates its activity since its creation in 1998 to author photography, as an artist’s workshop, photography school and exhibition space.
The trajectory of the room is faithful to the initial idea of combining artists with different backgrounds and proposals. The space is open to any artist and / or photographer whose photographic work contains artistic and technical quality, understanding the photographic image in a very broad and less conventional sense.
Estudio 22 pays special attention to the approach to this medium of authors from other artistic disciplines, of non-photographic training, and to younger artists with projection, enthusiasm and talent; both very necessary concerns for the evolution of Photography.
The initiative is private, not commercial. The exhibitions they organize are quarterly.
