The Fundación Cultural Arquitectos de La Rioja (COAR) is a private non-profit foundation, established on May 20, 2004.
Its main purpose is the promotion, dissemination and safeguarding of architecture, urban planning and related disciplines in all their expressions.
The Official College of Architects of La Rioja has its headquarters in the Casa Palacio del Marqués de Legarda from the 18th century. On the ground floor you can visit the specialized exhibitions that it organizes in its «Fermín Álamo» Exhibition Hall.
